Privacy policy

ARG al Mundo S.R.L. is committed to protecting the personal data of visitors to explora-provincias.ar (the “Site”). This Policy describes what information is processed, for what purpose and how it is protected, in compliance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and its supplementary regulations.

1. Data controller

The data controller is ARG al Mundo S.R.L., tax ID (CUIT) 30-71895354-1, with registered address at Av. de Mayo 580, 3rd floor, office 8, CP 1084AAN, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. For any question about their personal data, users may write to [email protected].

2. Data processed

The Site has no forms or user accounts and does not collect personally identifiable data. It does not use its own cookies or any analytics or advertising tools.

For the Site to work, the hosting service processes technical information about each visit (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date and time). The Site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives the browser’s IP address when displaying them.

If users choose to write to the institutional e-mail address, the data they provide will be processed in accordance with this Policy.

3. Purpose

Data are used solely for the operation and security of the Site, to answer institutional inquiries and to comply with legal obligations. They are never used for purposes other than those for which they were provided.

4. Service providers

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare and uses Google Fonts. These providers may process the technical information mentioned above on servers located outside the Argentine Republic, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5. Retention

Personal data are kept only for as long as strictly necessary to fulfil the stated purposes, or for the periods required by applicable law.

6. Disclosure to third parties

ARG al Mundo S.R.L. does not disclose, sell or transfer personal data to third parties, unless required by a competent judicial or administrative authority, or strictly necessary to comply with legal obligations.

7. Data subject rights

Under Law No. 25,326, data subjects have the right to access, rectify, update and delete their data by sending a request to [email protected].

The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules.

8. Security

ARG al Mundo S.R.L. takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

9. Changes

ARG al Mundo S.R.L. reserves the right to amend this Privacy policy at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site.
