1. Site owner
The explora-provincias.ar website (the “Site”) is owned by ARG al Mundo S.R.L., tax ID (CUIT) 30-71895354-1, with registered address at Av. de Mayo 580, 3rd floor, office 8, CP 1084AAN, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Institutional contact: [email protected].
2. Acceptance
Accessing and browsing the Site implies full knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and conditions. Users who do not agree with any of them must refrain from using the Site.
3. Purpose
Explora Nuestras Provincias y sus Riquezas is a pillar of the Argentina al Mundo ecosystem and the first federal promotion program in the country: an editorial atlas that brings together, in one place, the natural, human and productive wealth of Argentina’s 24 provinces.
The information published is for informational purposes only and does not constitute, under any circumstances, a contractual offer, professional advice or an investment recommendation.
4. Data and sources
Every figure in the atlas is cross-checked between official bodies and industry organizations, and published with its source. When sources do not match, both are shown, stating which one belongs to whom. Figures reflect the information available at the time of publication and may be updated by their original sources.
Mining and hydrocarbon data are included for informational purposes only, as part of each province’s productive profile. Explora Nuestras Provincias y sus Riquezas does not promote extractive activity.
5. Permitted use
Users agree to use the Site lawfully and in accordance with morality, good practice and public order. Any use that may damage, disable, overload or impair the Site or its public API, or prevent other users from using it normally, is prohibited.
6. Intellectual property and license
The texts of the atlas are published under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license: they may be quoted, reproduced and adapted, including by artificial intelligence models, provided the source is credited and they are not used for commercial purposes without authorization. The same conditions apply to the data in the public API. Endpoints, license and citation format are detailed in AI Access.
The following are excluded from that license, with all rights reserved: the voice, audio, videos, images, the design of the Site and the trademarks and distinctive signs of the Argentina al Mundo ecosystem, including Explora Nuestras Provincias y sus Riquezas. Reproducing, distributing, communicating publicly or modifying them requires the prior, express and written authorization of their owner.
Third-party data cited in each profile retain attribution to their original source.
7. Links to third-party sites
The Site contains links to the websites of official bodies and third parties. ARG al Mundo S.R.L. is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy policies of those sites.
8. Limitation of liability
ARG al Mundo S.R.L. makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of all content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, it shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from access to or use of the Site.
9. Availability

10. Changes

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other forum or jurisdiction that may apply.
